CLEANER. SAFER. BETTER.

Restoring surfaces the right way

From natural stone to block paving, we clean exterior surfaces carefully and thoroughly using professional equipment designed to restore appearance without unnecessary damage.

We work with modern and traditional properties alike, delivering consistent results with attention to detail and respect for your property and surroundings.

For a more complete finish, additional surface care can be included as part of the project. This may involve the treatment of moss, algae, black spots and stubborn organic staining, as well as re-sanding and sealing block-paved areas where required. Specialist issues such as rust marks, mineral run-off and ingrained staining can also be assessed and treated using appropriate methods for the surface

The right approach for the surface

Not every exterior surface responds well to the same pressure or treatment. We assess the material, condition and setting before deciding how to proceed.

Natural stone, block paving, concrete and exterior steps each benefit from an approach suited to the surface. Where appropriate, we combine pressure washing with pre-treatment, lower-pressure rinsing, re-sanding or sealing to achieve a cleaner, more even result.

The aim is not simply to wash the surface, but to restore it carefully and leave the area looking cleaner, brighter and better kept.

Pressure washing can include:

  • Patios and terraces
  • Block-paved driveways
  • Paths and courtyards
  • Steps and entrance ways
  • Natural stone paving
  • Concrete and hardstanding areas
  • Moss and algae treatment
  • Black spot treatment
  • Re-sanding block paving
  • Optional sealing where appropriate

PRESSURE WASHING & QUESTIONS

Questions we’re often asked...

A few simple answers about pressure washing, surface care and what can be included as part of a project.

Can pressure washing damage stone or paving?

Used correctly, pressure washing can clean and refresh exterior surfaces without unnecessary damage. The important part is choosing the right pressure, nozzle and technique for the material.

We assess the surface before cleaning and adjust the approach for stone, concrete, block paving, steps and more delicate areas where a lighter touch is needed.

Do you treat black spots, moss and algae?

Yes. Moss, algae, black spots and organic staining can often be treated using specialised biocides and inorganic chemical treatments as part of a more complete clean.

The best method depends on the surface and the type of staining. Some areas benefit from pre-treatment before washing, while others may need a separate treatment after the main clean.

Can block paving be re-sanded and sealed afterwards?

Yes. Once block paving has been cleaned and allowed to dry properly, kiln-dried sand can be brushed back into the joints where required.

Sealing may also be suitable in some cases, depending on the condition of the paving and the finish you would like to achieve.

Need a careful pressure washing service for your property?

Whether you need a patio refreshed, a driveway restored or a larger surface cleaned, we would be happy to discuss the project
